About me

I am the Global Policy Manager at Penal Reform International. I have extensive experience in drug policy, penal reform, and human rights. I co-founded the Research Centre on Drugs and Human Rights (CIDDH) in Peru and developed legal aid tools and training focusing on women imprisoned for drug offences. I hold a Master’s in International Relations and a Graduate Certificate in Community Health and HIV.
